One being that people do play OS(RS) for a job [Twitch, Youtube, etc] but we also have people playing it because there is not much left they could do. If you cant get some better RuneScape gold paying job, in first world countries we simply get jobs at fast-food. The spectrum being that it's death or life . They play to provide to their family, to not have fun and grind to get that pet that is boss/skilling. Looking at my OSRS lender, I could nourish family for months I guess, but I make $1500 every paycheck directly out of highschool.I've said it before. Jagex's rules are not excessive so far as gameplay, the sole thing I think they're bad about at times is language censorship. (I.E. I have seen two people arguing, both insulting however, the one with political views closer to jagex's reports the other and finally gets their'competitions' chat closed off) That apart: Jagex has zero obligation to kill their particular company because of the bad decisions of a government. Should you hurt the game, you ought to be prohibited.
The RS black market exists and there so I am all for people using it to help themselves live in a situation. It is not as if a set of principles in a videogame are more important than the lives of real individuals. As long as there isn't any foul play that could damage individuals (phishing, hacking, stealing credit cards, exploiting employees etc.), then I state farm on. That being said I don't believe for a moment that this man does not exploit his employees.I'm working for a nonprofit organisation focused on supplying basic necessities in regions around the globe where it's needed the most. Currently we working in Venezuela, where millions of individuals flee the country, because they can not make a living and will die from hunger.
I actually am really glad that there still are people who found alternative approaches to forsee themselves and their families in money to have the ability to get some food onto their tables. This actually makes me want to support the Venezualian gamers rather than needing them to leave the game. It is all for good things to change the world, which is on a significant scale, think me.Thank you for bringing out this info, so more people will know about the everyday struggles in Venezuela. It's really sad to cheap RS gold see why they grinding for all those gp's that folks don't know. They were doing so, if the nation was in a healthy state.
