The newly-surfaced Nike SB Dunk High indulges in a “colorless” smooth leather base that allows for the tone that takes over the superimposed panels to revel in the spotlight.Clean and simple, the silhouette dons a pristine white leather base that is offset with the highlight pink leather overlays, laces, Swooshes, inner lining, tongue branding, and heel tab. Finally, a white midsole and pink rubber outsole rounds out the style.
In celebration of Virgil Abloh’s Figures of Speech exhibition opening at the ICA Boston,Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 University Gold be released.the shoe features a University Gold leather upper with Metallic Silver Swooshes an orange tab detailing. From there, foam construction is exposed at the ankle and tongue, continuing Abloh’s themes of deconstruction. There isn’t anything new here from a design perspective as the lifestyle kicks are presented with the usual metallic silver side Swooshes that are dressed with exposed stitchings and an orange tab, and the Helvetica font branding is once again printed via “Air” on the lateral midsoles and Beaverton notations on the medial side. The main difference here is the bold coloring as its “University Gold” hue dominates the shoe across its leather base layer and entire sole unit.
