Encouraged laziness out of a system which fails to OSRS gold reward increased amount of contribution -less effort put to work as a complete (not necessarily true for every single person, but by enough people to matter) - GDP falls drastically - government forced to step in to force folks to work basically at gunpoint - poverty and oppression for everybody.
That pattern has ever been true, and will remain true, in relation to socialism and communism. My stage is not that everything should be privatized, but rather, that we ought to be very fucking cautious of what uses a socialized/public system. The fewer businesses or systems that are socialized, the less wealth a nation is very likely to lose a whole.
I had rather Jagex made this type of service allowed at an"at your own risk" kind of system very similar to swapping. If they bot your account or do anything else to have it banned, or just don't do what they said they would do, then you're SOL. But Cheap Rs gold should they maintain their end of the bargain and no one is getting hurt then screw it, why don't.
The only exception I would make is if you're competing at the large scores.I'd far rather have actual people playing for people's accounts that in turn let them eat for a week than have an increasing number of bots enter the game. I think that could be agreed with by Jagex. These are real people enjoying the sport and also encouraging them selves, not fucking operating 15 bots simultaneously. I try to remain objective in all cases for me , this supersedes the principles of an internet game, but morality requires over. Exceptions should not be produced but I state Jagex should"overlook" them for want of a better word.
