IPTV streaming service

IPTV, which stands for Internet Protocol Television is a newer type of streaming service that has been on the rise in popularity among internet users. IPTV is a similar concept as to what you might think of as cable tv, where people can watch live television channels at their convenience and on any number of different devices. IPTV is fundamentally different than standard TV though because IPTV streams are delivered over the internet and are not regulated by geographical regions. This means that no matter where you are, you can stream IPTV channels with your computer or mobile device.

Unlike a lot of international streaming services, which charge monthly subscription costs to their customers, IPTV streams are relatively cheap. The reason is because the IPTV streaming service providers do not need to buy franchise agreements or licenses with television broadcasters which only cost them a small fraction of their profits. This gives them great pricing power over the traditional cable tv companies, who must pay these fees in order for their networks to legally be available on cable boxes and other devices in the home.
