Cant make a launch date, cant commit to anything have zero dedicated customer service representatives, their customer service being informative on reddit change design philosophies and release versions multiple times per year and cross your figure.

I despise the folks and I'm sure most of them are doing what they are told. However, my god, as a business, the way they conduct business is pathetically amateur. And they don't have a desire to change anything. They dont do the absolute bare minimum, since management really, truly, doesn't care and promote properly. And that's harder and harder to do when you've got so much maintenance and modernization to perform with a Runescape player base.
