How do I search for background details online?

Searching is fairly easy. As you open our site ichekdirect.

1) From is displayed which requests for inserting the name, location, company, date of birth of the person you are conducting the background search for.

2) After providing details, once you click submit list of candidates matching your search are displayed in a tabular format.

3) Also shown alongside are the details which are available for the candidates i.e. education, address, criminal, employment details.

4) Depending on what you are looking for you can select appropriate box.

5) Having selected the details you wish to get the background check report on, you can click on buy button which is displayed in the last column against the person you selected.

6) You can click pay button which will show you exact money that you need to pay for the reports that you selected.

 

Where and how should I pay for the background check report?

In order to pay for the online verification reports first you need to Sign in in the Application (Please Register yourself if not done already done). And follow following steps.

1) After signing in you will be redirected to the Search page

2) After providing details, you will see the name of the candidate and available details. Select the details you want to see in detail. And click Buy.

3) Fill all the details of your Bank/Credit/Debit card and then click "Pay Now" button.

4) Depending on what you are looking for you can select appropriate box.

5) You will see "Pay online" button click on that and you will be redirected to the Payment Gateway.

6) Make the desired payment and after that a report will be generated.

7) You can save the report by clicking Save button.
