(3) Maintenance of stepping linear motor: first check whether there is debris in the motor track and clean it; secondly, gently push the walking arm by hand to feel if there is resistance, if there is, check whether the contact between the motor slider and the track is too tight , Add some rail oil after checking.
(4) Maintenance of the sensor cylinder: first remove the locking screw of the protective cover of the inner hexagon; then perform three checks: 1. Check whether the PLC terminal is loose; 2. Check whether each sensor is loose and whether the interface is secure; 3. Check the cylinder air pipe for air leakage; 4. Check the flatness of the touch table for burrs, clean and replace if necessary.
