It doesn't help that at least 50 percent of ppl either don't grasp this or lack the willpower to do so. It might have been changed by Mut 20 coins now, if there was just a massive boycott immediately perhaps. More likely the nfl would just let it perish though because they are that braindead.

They have exactly the same gamemode that some believe more predatory than Madden but Madden still have incredible single player modes for you to enjoy. This is just lazyness from EA. They could make Madden with mut and create a franchise and career mode, they don't do it. It is 100% laziness and likely cutting labor costs. It is a shame though as EA games have at least franchise styles that are more in depth than Madden. But there's no urgency to make a better all around game when there's zero competition.

100% right. What bothers me is that Madden used to be good. If it was this bad because the beggining ok but elderly Madden used to be very good. Older Madden had competition. There is no other soccer game available right now besides those dreadful indie games made by a small team of programmers (not their fault, they simply don't have the insane resources EA have).

What truth? Franchise was shit until cheap Madden nfl 20 coins was something. When the NFL and EA signed an exclusivity deal franchise went to shit. No competition = no reason to improve significant aspects of your game. MUT makes a lot of money and lots of people play it, but do not behave like it is taking development time away from franchise as it isnt't. The true reality is Madden Franchise mode has been shit way before MUT was something and EA is 100% to blame because they got lazy the second that they didn't need to compete with 2K. Pretty certain Madden 05 for PS2/Xbox was the GOOD franchise style we got.
