Amazing top notch service from Angela of LDA Pro. We had a problematic tenant who gave every excuse not to pay rent and refused to vacate the property. Angela helped us serve the tenant the 3 day notice and eventually the unlawful detainer. She connected us with a lawyer to help with court proceedings. Finally with their help we got a judgment and a sheriff lockout to take back the property. OMG!!!!! WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT LDA PRO!!!!! They have been absolutely amazing!! I had a very sudden court date and was freaking out that I would not find anyone to get my papers served and the defendant notified in time…TWICE!!
