Some foods may not look like they should have any carbs or sugars but there are recipes where the ingredients that are used have them. Sugar can be added to chili or even soup to make it sweeter. Specialty blogs also provide ways to substitute different ingredients for instance when making gnocchi with pesto carrots and zucchini you may use potatoes instead of gnocchi.
