Your year two penalty is the entire penalty minus the calendar year 1 penalty. The year two penalty is that the 5 million total penalty minus the two million year 1 penalty, for a calendar year two penalty of 3 million.Cap penalty does not appear as elaborate as cap strike. My perception is it is a little more complicated and requires some kind of exponential regression.I believed it was a bit more straight forward in the cap punishment goes a few annually 1 and the rest annually 2.
