Epic offered a 6,500 bounty for Fortnite Items every team who had the most kills per game as a way to hopefully inspire more action, but it clearly did not work. It was obvious to anyone watching that Friday Fortnite's format, in which the entire aim is racking up enormous kill totals, is much more exciting to watch, although it is not an"official" mode in the game, but rather something that has been devised by fans/creators.

I'm not very clear on what happens next, given that in only four matches, no teams won double, so that I do not know whether this will probably be resumed afterwards or what will occur. I doubt even Epic understands at this point, as pulling the tournament was obviously a last second decision. Supposedly there's another Skirmish next weekend at the same moment.

This event, if it's likely to buy fortnite materials last, demands a lot more work. It needs more than just money and superstars (even if Ninja and Dr. Lupo weren't absent since they had been at GuardianCon, it would not have saved this event in the least), it needs better production, a better format and obviously, better servers. This was a nightmare, and hopefully we won't see it replicated later on.
