Week 2 of the NFL has come and gone, and after some big performances — and some not so great ones… looking at you Kirk Cousins — the time has come for another Madden 21 Coins roster update. Though it makes sense to call it the Week 3 roster update because it comes out hours before the first Week 3 game, EA refers to it as the Week 2 update because it has adjustments from the performances in Week 2.

Either way, the predictions I had for this week were somewhat accurate, but Russell Wilson is still not a 99 OVR, even though he deserves to be. Bills Mafia were all over the Madden twitter account saying that he needs to be a higher overall. Well, he went up 1 point from a 77 to 78 OVR. That hardly seems like enough given his performances. That said, he’s faced the Jets and Dolphins, so maybe we can pump the brakes a little. The next few weeks see the Bills face the Rams, Raiders, Titans and Chiefs. He did go up 6 in his Trucking rating though.
