While Path of Exile just received its biggest and latest expansion this month, the experience’s PS4 port continues to be delayed.

Originally planned for just a release this month, the PS4 version from the POE Currency massive action RPG is set to get a February 2019 release. The reasoning behind the delay is a result of Sony’s certification system.

“We underestimated the number of work it'd take to finish the certification process over the busy Christmas period,” the developer noted in a very new update on their own official website.

“While develop to have everything ready in January, we presume a lot more comfortable promising early February like a target release window. This will also impart us with Path of Exile Currency time to focus on game performance / framerate, which we presume could be improved before release.
