Epic Games' multiplayer game Fortnite Items has turned out to be a hit on several platforms. Not only has the sport gathered a massive fanbase on PC, PS4, and Xbox One, but the cellular variant of Fortnite Battle Royale has also raked in millions of dollars also. But according to a new rumor, Epic Games is setting its sights on still another platform and is planning to publish the game on Nintendo Shift.

The programmer has recently posted a job listing for a manager of game design on its own website and the original description for the job mentioned that the studio's work on a Nintendo Switch interface.

The text of the list, included from the buy fortnite weapons tweet beneath, comprises the sentence "Our finest known creative works are, the critically acclaimed Killer Instinct, and Divekick; which are complimented by our technically superb Fornite and Skyrim Switch ports."

The main page of the list reportedly said "We're known for our excellent work on Killer Instinct, Fortnite, and bringing Skyrim into the Nintendo Switch," together with the addition of the comma creating a large difference. Iron Galaxy also allegedly worked on the mobile version of Fortnite, which explains why the game was mentioned at all. The mention of Fortnite was removed entirely, possibly to prevent confusion. Regardless of the speculation currently happening in the Fortnite community on social networking, Iron Galaxy might not be functioning on the Switch port after all.
